### Responsibilities:

-   Accurately and thoroughly conduct investigations to identify financial crimes, including money laundering and fraud, and filing suspicious activity reports to FIUs in an effective and timely manner.
-   Assessing and documenting regulatory risk based on a variety of risk factors, including multiple jurisdictions and countries.
-   Reviewing transactions and open-source materials to assess whether activity is a reportable predicate offense.
-   Documenting findings in narrative style format and prepare reports in a clear and concise manner.
-   Supporting the overall project team with continuous learning and leverage of knowledge.
-   Exercising judgment and discretion within sensitive casework to determine if action is required.
-   Following established protocols to ensure the privacy of customer financial information.
-   Following the Company’s and Client’s policies and procedures.
-   Following other instructions from the Financial Investigator Supervisor or/Financial Compliance Manager or other senior-level manager.

### Requirements:

-   1+ years of professional experience in the AML compliance field, including the preparation and/or review of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
-   Knowledge of Financial Crime / AML / fraud, and operational procedures.
-   Speak and write English fluently.
-   Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
-   Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality work.
-   Professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

### Nice to have:

-   Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
-   Experience with Microsoft Office Excel application.
-   Experience with transaction monitoring alerts.
