## Description

Our client is an international manufacturing company strengthening its Global Procurement organization. As part of this transformation, we are looking for a Global Sourcing Project Manager who will take ownership of international sourcing projects and turn procurement strategies into tangible business results.

You will work across countries, functions, and supplier markets, leading projects from sourcing opportunity and supplier selection through negotiation and successful implementation. The role combines strategic sourcing, project management, cost optimization, and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on execution.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Lead international sourcing projects from opportunity identification through implementation;
-   Execute global sourcing strategies and identify cost-saving opportunities;
-   Manage supplier selection, RFQs, negotiations, and supplier changes;
-   Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Procurement;
-   Drive multiple projects forward, managing priorities, timelines, risks, and measurable results;
-   Collaborate with suppliers and colleagues across Europe and Asia, including international travel when needed.

## Requirements

-   7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or sourcing project management;
-   Experience leading cross-functional sourcing projects;
-   Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills;
-   Proven track record of delivering cost savings and measurable results;
-   Strong analytical and project management skills;
-   Independent, proactive, and execution-focused approach;
-   University degree and fluent English.
