## Description

Our client is the largest digital agency in the Baltics, rapidly expanding into international markets. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic digital team and work with well-known brands across the region and beyond.

**In this role, you will** be responsible for managing digital campaigns and projects, acting as the main point of contact between clients and the agency, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery of campaigns.

**Main functions**

-   Plan, coordinate, and oversee digital campaigns in collaboration with Media Buyers and the performance team;
-   Communicate directly with clients, representing the agency and providing updates, reports, and recommendations;
-   Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and proactively address issues or optimizations;
-   Ensure deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time, maintaining high standards of quality;
-   Support hands-on execution where needed, including reviewing data, creating reports, and collaborating with internal teams;
-   Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively;
-   Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

**Preferred Qualities**

-   Curious, proactive, and results-oriented;
-   Excellent communication skills, confident in client-facing interactions;
-   Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and numbers;
-   Strong organizational and time management skills;
-   Hands-on attitude, willing to dive into campaign data and assist the team;
-   Experience with digital campaigns, project management, or related fields is a plus;
-   Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools;
-   Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
