Our client is one of the fastest-growing media agencies in the market, recognized for applying innovative marketing strategies and delivering measurable performance results.

The agency is seeking a **Google Search Specialist** to take full ownership of paid search strategy and execution for key clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving measurable growth through Google Search campaigns - from strategic planning and campaign structuring to continuous optimization and scaling. This is a focused Search role, not a generalist PPC position.

### Responsibilities

-   Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum results in paid search;
-   Dive deep into the client's business objectives, develop and execute a search strategy;
-   Proactively test and scale new ideas to improve campaign results;
-   Work with cross-functional teams to drive short and long-term account growth;
-   Develop innovative solutions for clients using Google Ads.

### **Requirements**

-   2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Search campaigns;
-   Be knowledgeable about bidding strategies: when to use manual bidding vs. automated strategies like Target ROAS (tROAS) or Target CPA (tCPA);
-   Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Editor, and Google Analytics 4;
-   Technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager (HTML, JavaScript would be a plus);
-   Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently;
-   Proficient in Lithuanian & English;
-   Experience managing Display and Facebook performance campaigns would be a bonus.
