## Description

We are looking for a Key Account Manager for an international Scandinavian FMCG manufacturer – a leading producer and distributor of well-known food brands in the Nordic and Baltic regions. As Key Account Manager, you will work with key retail clients to build long-term partnerships and ensure successful cooperation.**  
  
Responsibilities:**

-   Manage and develop relationships with key clients.
-   Achieve sales targets and implement client plans.
-   Negotiate pricing and cooperation agreements.
-   Monitor sales performance and profitability.
-   Coordinate activities with internal teams.
-   Identify growth opportunities and support business development;

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
-   Proven experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or client relationship management.
-   Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
-   Ability to influence and negotiate effectively at different levels.
-   Results-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
-   Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-   High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
-   Adaptability and openness to change.
-   Language skills: Lithuanian and English;
