## Description

Our client is a rapidly growing company specializing in the production and supply of steel structures and metal products, working on projects in more than 15 European countries. The main markets include Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and the Baltic States.

The company’s engineers contribute to infrastructure, industrial, energy, port, bridge, tunnel, and defence-related projects, where reinforcement volumes are measured in hundreds or even thousands of tonnes. Project examples include Stegra / H2 Green Steel, E09 Haga–Rosenlund, Fehmarnbelt Tunnel, Rail Baltica, Follo Line Railway Tunnel, Stockholm Norvik Port, Klaipėda Quay Infrastructure, Hamina Data Centre, and others.

As part of its continued growth, the company is currently looking for a **Data Administration Specialist** to join the team and take responsibility for data administration.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

-   Transferring and entering data from Excel documents into specialised engineering software;
-   Reviewing technical data and ensuring its accuracy;
-   Organising, administering, and updating data;
-   Working with technical and engineering information;
-   Cooperating with engineers and other members of the production team;
-   Assisting with the preparation and administration of production-related information.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

-   Good Microsoft Excel skills;
-   Good command of English;
-   Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of information;
-   Logical and analytical thinking;
-   Basic engineering / technical knowledge or a willingness to develop it further;
-   Ability to quickly learn new software and systems;
-   A responsible approach to work;
-   **An advantage** would be completed or ongoing studies in Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or another technical field. Extensive work experience is not required – technical thinking, accuracy, and willingness to learn are the key qualities we are looking for.

**SALARY**

EUR 1,200–1,600 net per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and competencies.
