## Description

At Revitalise Trust we are committed to investing in young leaders. The Revitalise Trust Internship Programme is a unique opportunity to spend a year embedded in the team, working alongside and learning from some exceptional people. And even more excitingly, this role will help contribute to our mission to evangelise the nations, revitalise the Church, and transform society! If you’re aged 18-25 and have a passion to serve the Church and be invested in as a young leader, then this Internship Programme is for you.

The key purpose of this role is to expose you to the work and culture of Revitalise Trust. You will be working in a dynamic and professional working environment, learning essential and transferable skills and practices. You will learn from working alongside each of our individual teams and team leads. The role would suit someone interested in church planting and ministry more broadly. A key part of the Internship Programme, is serving as part of the Revitalise team at our core events: the HTB Network Summit (Jan), Leadership Conference (May) and Focus (July).

In addition to the hands-on training you will receive with the Revitalise Trust team, you will also attend HTB's Academy Teaching Days on Wednesdays during term time. These days are a fun, encouraging, and safe space to be stretched and step out of your comfort zone as you grow in skills, confidence, and character. The teaching is delivered by inspiring guest speakers and gifted leaders from the HTB team – you can find more details here: [https://htb.org/academy](https://htb.org/academy)
