We are looking for a **Website Project Manager** to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of website projects built on the HubSpot CMS. You will manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.

**🚀 Here are a few of the tasks you'll get to work on:**

-   **Scheduling & Budgeting:** Build comprehensive project plans, allocate resources with Resource Managers, and manage budgets to prevent under- or over-servicing.
-   **Project Administration & Tracking:** Maintain documentation (Risk Logs, Change Logs, Progress Reports) and proactively monitor deliverables to keep projects on scope and contract.
-   **Stakeholder & Risk Management:** Lead client and internal meetings, manage deadlines, resolve technical/operational roadblocks, and mitigate project risks.
-   **Quality & Communication:** Maintain clear progress reporting, ensure timely communications, and drive continuous improvement.

**🏗️ To excel in this role, you should have the following:**

-   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
-   Senior-level project management experience in an agency, consultancy, or software development environment handling digital marketing and web projects.
-   Formal training or proficiency in Project Management Methodologies.
-   Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Teamleader, TeamGantt) and Google Workspace.
-   Experience with HubSpot/CRMs, IT, or complex web builds.

⏰**Working Hours and Location:**

This role directly supports our **US region and client base**. Candidates must be comfortable working the following South African Standard Time (SAST) hours:

-   **Monday to Thursday:** 12:00pm – 8:00pm SAST
-   **Friday:** 8:30am – 5:00pm SAST

**Note:** Candidates must have current residency and the legal right to work in **South Africa**.
