**Mission:**

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional, you will lead strategic hiring initiatives that align with Company's technology growth, culture and business goals. Reporting directly to the COO, you will act as a strategic talent partner, influence workforce planning across the organisation, and build talent pipelines for both technical and cross‑functional roles.

This role requires strong business acumen, perseverance and a broader understanding of technology challenges.

The long-term aspiration of this role is to evolve into a Human Resources Business Partner for the Services and Sales divisions, contributing directly to business growth and transforming HR from a cost centre into a value-adding, growth-enabling function.

Your success will depend largely on your ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from engineering teams to executive leadership.

## Requirements

-   Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with a focus on mid/senior tech and tech sales roles.
-   Work closely with Tech Delivery Managers, Sales Managers, and the Leadership Team to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
-   Participate actively in workforce strategy design, supporting short- and mid-term growth plans.
-   Lead sourcing activities, using advanced tools and proactive search techniques for hard-to-fill roles.
-   Support managers with talent mapping, market insights, and hiring recommendations.
-   Contribute to building a recruitment function that supports scalability, quality, and speed.

**Required Qualifications**

-   Strong understanding of technology concepts (e.g. cloud platforms, software engineering, databases, data engineering, automation).
-   5–8 years of experience in tech recruitment prefereably in an agency
-   Proven experience in sourcing, including hands-on use of relevant tools and platforms.
-   Exposure to challenging or niche hiring cases.
-   University degree; postgraduate studies are considered an asset.

**Nice to Have**

-   Experience in a services delivery or consulting organisation.

-   Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex hiring processes.
-   Leadership and management exposure
-   Supporting or scaling teams in fast-growing organisations
-   Assisting managers with talent strategy and workforce planning
