**Who You Are**  
You are a resilient, full-cycle salesperson who generates leads, runs discovery, negotiates and closes deals. You use AI to accelerate outreach and personalization and are comfortable working across multiple product lines and industries.

**Responsibilities**  
• Generate and manage your own leads; own the sales funnel from outreach through close and handover.  
• Use AI-powered outreach, personalization and scheduling to accelerate pipeline velocity.  
• Lead discovery, proposal development, negotiation and contract closure.  
• Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and relationship teams; maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts.

## Requirements

**Must-have qualifications**  
• Proven track record in end-to-end sales with consistent closing performance.  
• Comfortable using AI-assisted outreach and CRM-driven selling; strong negotiation skills.  
• Resilient, self-motivated, and able to manage a full-cycle sales pipeline; fluent English.

**Nice-to-have**  
• Experience in healthtech, wellness or enterprise SaaS sales.  
• Previous work with channel/partner models or higher-ticket consultative sales.

## Benefits

**Compensation & performance bonuses**  
**Month 1–3:** Commission-based (10% on all products & services); Fast-start bonus structure (months 1–3 bonus increases commission to 20%).  
**Month 4+:** Base salary USD $500–$1,000 per month (based on experience/results) + standard commission (10%) and bonuses (see fast-start).  
**FAST START BONUS:** Month 1–3: total 20% commission; Month 4–6: total 15% commission.  
On-target earnings will vary by performance and commission.

**Payment & contractor terms**  
Independent Contractor status only. Payment in USD via bank direct deposit. Invoicing monthly. No employee benefits; paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
