### Compensation Snapshot

**Employment Type: Independent Contractor**

**Time Commitment: Full-Time**

**Compensation**

Months 1–3:

-   Commission-only structure.
-   Standard 10% commission.
-   Fast Start Bonus increases commission to 20% during your first three months.

Months 4–6:

-   Base monthly retainer of USD $500–$1,000 (based on experience and performance).
-   10% standard commission plus an additional 5% Fast Start Bonus (15% total commission).

Following the Fast Start period:

-   Ongoing monthly retainer.

We're looking for a highly motivated End-to-End Sales Officer who combines outstanding communication skills with curiosity, emotional intelligence, commercial awareness, and a genuine desire to help people.

You'll manage the entire sales lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and nurturing relationships through to closing new business and supporting long-term customer success.

You'll work across multiple AI-powered products and services while collaborating closely with marketing, partnerships, operations, product, and leadership teams.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

We're looking for someone who combines commercial capability with emotional intelligence, professionalism, curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping people.

You should have:

-   Proven experience in end-to-end sales, business development, account management, or consultative selling.
-   A demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
-   Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
-   Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
-   Experience managing a CRM and maintaining accurate pipeline records.
-   Confidence conducting discovery conversations and presenting solutions.
