### Large-Scale App | Performance | Deployment | Rescue | Immediate Start

We are looking for an exceptionally experienced FlutterFlow specialist to conduct a hands-on technical audit of a large and highly complex inherited FlutterFlow application.

This is not a normal development contract.

We already have an application.

We need someone senior enough to get inside the project for a day, understand how it has actually been built, separate fact from opinion, identify what is working and what is not, and tell us precisely what is required to complete and stabilise it.

### The Assignment

You will receive approximately 10 hours of paid access to the project through a secure virtual environment.

You will investigate the actual application rather than reviewing screenshots or producing a generic AI-generated report.

We want to understand:

-   how the application is currently architected;
-   why previous developers have found parts of it difficult to work with;
-   whether those problems arise from FlutterFlow itself or from implementation choices;
-   whether the application is making appropriate use of FlutterFlow;
-   whether excessive custom code or unnecessary complexity has been introduced;
-   what is affecting performance;
-   how maintainable the current application is;
-   whether non-programmer participation can realistically be preserved;
-   what prevents a repeatable production deployment process;
-   how the project should be completed;
-   whether the architecture is appropriate for substantial production scale.

### Important: We Are FlutterFlow-First

We intentionally chose FlutterFlow.

We are not engaging someone to simply recommend rebuilding the application in Flutter or moving to another platform.

If you identify something that genuinely cannot or should not be done inside FlutterFlow, we expect you to explain why and provide evidence.

Otherwise, the goal is to maximise FlutterFlow-native functionality and minimise unnecessary custom development.

### You Should Have Deep Experience With

-   large production FlutterFlow applications;
-   complicated multi-screen applications;
-   FlutterFlow architecture and maintainability;
-   Flutter/Dart and generated FlutterFlow code;
-   API-heavy applications;
-   authentication;
-   application and page state;
-   caching;
-   offline/slow-network behaviour;
-   custom actions/functions/widgets;
-   production performance debugging;
-   App Store and Google Play deployment;
-   environments and release workflows;
-   GitHub / FlutterFlow CLI workflows;
-   inherited FlutterFlow applications;
-   white-label or multi-brand applications;
-   component/design-system architecture;
-   production QA and release management.

### Scale Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates who have directly worked on FlutterFlow applications serving 500,000+ users, ideally approaching or exceeding 1 million users.

You must be able to explain your personal role in that application and provide reasonable evidence.

### Your Deliverable

At the conclusion of the audit we expect:

1.  Executive assessment of the current application.
2.  Architecture findings.
3.  Root causes of current development and performance problems.
4.  FlutterFlow-native vs custom-code assessment.
5.  Maintainability assessment.
6.  Production/deployment assessment.
7.  Scale-readiness assessment.
8.  White-label readiness where applicable.
9.  Prioritised remediation plan.
10.  Clear recommendation for completing the application.
11.  Approximate effort/dependency sequencing.
12.  Live walkthrough of your findings.

Every major finding should identify the evidence inside the project that caused you to reach the conclusion.

### What We Do NOT Want

-   generic AI-generated audits;
-   theoretical FlutterFlow advice;
-   a sales pitch for rebuilding in Flutter;
-   a sales pitch for another low-code platform;
-   assumptions made without inspecting the application;
-   criticism without a proposed solution.

AI-assisted analysis is welcome.

AI-generated output without experienced human investigation is not.

### Evidence Required to Apply

Please provide:

-   number of FlutterFlow applications shipped to production;
-   number personally built from scratch;
-   number inherited from another developer or agency;
-   number of large/complex FlutterFlow applications;
-   largest FlutterFlow application you have worked on;
-   largest production user base you personally supported;
-   white-label FlutterFlow experience;
-   App Store / Play Store deployment experience;
-   examples of FlutterFlow projects you have audited or rescued;
-   3–5 production app examples;
-   explanation of your personal role;
-   redacted supporting evidence where necessary.

NDA-protected work is understandable. However, we cannot appoint someone who is unable to provide any verifiable evidence of the experience they claim.

Scope: Approximately 10 hours  
Budget: USD $700–$1,200 fixed price  
Environment: Secure company-provided VM  
Confidentiality: NDA and controlled access required

Exceptional consultants may be considered for subsequent advisory or remediation work.
