## Description

Humans Pulse is seeking on behalf of its client – a leading provider of **IT consulting and specialized software development** – an **ERP Consultant**.

Our client is a leading provider of custom-made solutions in Software Development, Web & Mobile Application Development, and IoT Services, supporting global clients across industries. With years of proven expertise and offices in Greece, the company delivers cutting-edge digital solutions tailored to complex business needs.

As an **ERP Consultant**, you will be instrumental in implementing and customizing ERP solutions that align with each client’s operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business needs into scalable system configurations that support efficiency and digital transformation.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Participate in the end-to-end implementation of ERP solutions, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
-   Customize ERP modules to meet client-specific business processes and operational needs.
-   Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
-   Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
-   Document technical specifications and user guides for future reference and training.
-   Monitor system performance and suggest improvements or upgrades as needed.

## Requirements

-    2–5 years of experience in ERP implementation, support, or similar IT consulting roles.
-   Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work across departments and client teams.
-   Capacity to work autonomously while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
-   Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
-   Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

**It’s a plus if you have:**

-   Hands-on experience with Entersoft or Softone ERP solutions is highly desirable.
-   Familiarity with accounting workflows (e.g. invoicing, general ledger entries, financial reporting) within ERP environments.
-   Prior experience in an IT consulting or IT solutions company.
