The Opportunity  
We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Paid Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to build new growth channels, managing substantial budgets across Meta & TikTok for a diverse portfolio of top-tier global and local brands operating in the Israeli market.

-   Build & Scale: Establish and grow a new paid acquisition channel for our portfolio of global brands, including major enterprises and DTC leaders.  
    
-   Campaign Management: End-to-end management of paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & TikTok. Hands-on execution from strategy and setup to optimization and scaling is a must.  
    
-   Content-Driven Performance: Leverage Humanz’s massive stream of high-quality creator content to fuel your campaigns. You’ll move beyond static banners, using the most advanced Meta & TikTok ad models to run high-velocity creative testing and scale authentic video content.  
    
-   Creative Performance Analysis: Utilize strong analytical skills to track, measure, and report on campaign performance. You should be able to identify which creative hooks and formats drive results and use these insights to guide future production and optimizations.  
    
-   Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and management to align advertising strategies with broader company marketing objectives.  
    
-   Global Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored for diverse business types, geographies, and audience segments.

## Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience, preferably within a global e-commerce brand or a top-tier media agency.  

-   Platform Mastery: Deep knowledge and proven experience with Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads.  
    
-   Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.  
    
-   Education: B.A in Economics, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.  
    
-   Soft Skills: A natural leader and problem-solver who is driven by insights and results. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.  
    

Advantage:  

-   Experience with influencer marketing or the creator economy.  
    
-   Familiarity with other ad platforms and Direct Media Buying ( Keshet, IDX, TA/OB, DV360 etc)
