Humanz Turkey is now adding new members to its team to fuel its growth. We are looking for a “**Client Director**” to lead client relationships, drive business growth, and oversee the execution of high-impact influencer marketing campaigns.

   
**What We Expect from This Role:**

Client Relationship Management & Communication

• Manage client expectations across all influencer marketing projects, setting clear deliverables, timelines, and measurable KPIs.

• Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, brand identity, and internal processes to ensure that all influencer marketing strategies align with their objectives.

• Lead high-value client conversations, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for business expansion.

  
Strategic & Commercial Planning

• Own the pipeline management process, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities, upsell initiatives, and new business leads are actively pursued.

• Collaborate with the Business Development and Customer Success Teams to ensure commercial targets and revenue goals are met.

• Negotiate project fees with clients where necessary, ensuring that commercial agreements align with both business objectives and client expectations.

• Drive new business opportunities, identifying potential clients and markets where Humanz can expand its services.  
  
Campaign Execution & Performance Optimization

• Identify trends and insights in the influencer marketing landscape, continuously evolving strategies to keep clients ahead of the competition.

  
Cross-Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, helping them develop strategic thinking and client management skills.

• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing by keeping teams updated on emerging influencer marketing trends, case studies, and innovative approaches.

  
Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Ensure pipeline tracking and reporting are up to date, providing visibility into client growth, revenue projections, and campaign performance.

• Regularly review and refine internal processes to increase efficiency and scalability of influencer marketing campaigns.

## Requirements

-   A minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of industry trends and platform dynamics.
-   Proven ability to manage large-scale client accounts, build strategic partnerships, and maintain long-term client relationships.
-   Expertise in pipeline management, identifying new business opportunities, increasing revenue, and driving client growth.
-   Strong ability to track project profitability, optimize budgets, and negotiate commercial agreements while safeguarding business interests.
-   Proactive approach to understanding client needs and providing effective solutions.
-   Capability to mentor, guide, and help team members develop their strategic thinking and client management skills.
-   Proficiency in English
-   Strong ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, manage client expectations, and negotiate project fees.
