**Role Overview:** We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative & Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations while driving customer engagement and marketing initiatives. This role combines bookkeeping, administration, marketing, and process improvement responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of a growing business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing promotional campaigns, creating engaging content, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and technology.

**Key Responsibilities:** 

**Administration & Bookkeeping**

-   Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
-   Perform bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including transaction reconciliation and record maintenance.
-   Provide general administrative support across the business.
-   Maintain organised digital records and documentation.

**Marketing & Customer Engagement**

-   Create and schedule social media content across relevant platforms.
-   Plan and coordinate monthly promotional campaigns.
-   Assist with customer outreach initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
-   Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Systems & Process Improvement**

-   Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through AI-powered tools and automations.
-   Assist with the implementation and management of automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
-   Evaluate and recommend CRM solutions to complement the existing Ultratune POS system (SM4W).
-   Support the setup and ongoing management of customer databases and communication systems.

## Requirements

**Must-Have Skills:**

-   Experience with Xero bookkeeping and financial administration.
-   Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
-   Experience creating social media content and coordinating marketing campaigns.
-   Comfortable learning and implementing new software, AI tools, and automation platforms.
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-   Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

**Desirable Skills:**

-   Experience with CRM implementation or management.
-   Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
-   Experience working with AI-powered productivity or workflow tools.
-   Background supporting small business operations.
