Job Role: Digital Marketing Manager

Compensation range: $2,000 AUD - $3,000 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: Melbourne-based commercial gym equipment supplier, providing premium fitness products to leading health club networks across Australia including Snap Fitness, Jetts, Fitness First, and Goodlife. The business is in a growth phase and looking to bring marketing activity in-house under one skilled operator.  

Role Overview: We're looking for a digital marketing all-rounder who can take ownership of our online presence and outbound marketing activity. You'll work directly with the leadership team to consolidate what was previously spread across multiple agencies into a single, cohesive function 

Key Responsibilities: 

-   Social media management across Instagram and Facebook, plus building out YouTube presence
-   Website updates and content management on the Shopify platform, ensuring product pages, blogs, landing pages, and site content remain accurate, current, and optimized 
-   Content creation: graphic design, short-form video, product imagery direction
-   Email and EDM campaigns via Klaviyo, including list management and automation
-   Website updates and content management (keeping product pages, blogs, and landing pages current)
-   Blog writing and SEO-friendly content to support organic traffic
-   Trade show and event communications, including pre- and post-event campaigns
-   Coordination with existing paid ads agency to provide creative assets and strategic direction
-   Product marketing support including working with factory renders for new product launches
-   Monthly reporting on key marketing metrics

## Requirements

-   3-5+ years in a digital marketing role, ideally in a B2B or product-led business
-   Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
-   Solid Klaviyo experience for email marketing and automation
-   Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Chat GPT etc.)
-   Comfortable managing and growing social media accounts with a results-focused mindset
-   Website web experience (Shopify); basic HTML a bonus
-   Excellent written English for content creation and client-facing communications
-   Self-starter who can manage multiple workstreams without heavy direction
-   Experience in sports, fitness, or commercial/industrial products is a plus
