**Role Overview**: We are seeking a commercially minded AI Automation Specialist to help modernize and optimize business operations through the practical application of automation and artificial intelligence. This role is focused on identifying opportunities to improve workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, increase operational efficiency, and enhance business capacity through the thoughtful implementation of technology.

Rather than building complex AI models from scratch, the successful candidate will take a systems-thinking approach, working closely with leadership and staff to understand existing processes, introduce automation solutions, and gradually integrate AI into day-to-day operations. The role requires balancing technological innovation with effective change management to ensure employees can adapt to new systems and processes.

**Key Responsibilities:** 

-   Review and map existing business workflows across departments.
-   Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
-   Design, implement, and maintain practical automation solutions using modern AI and workflow tools.
-   Gradually integrate AI technologies into business operations with a focus on user adoption and employee engagement.
-   Develop systems that reduce repetitive manual tasks and improve productivity.
-   Monitor and measure the effectiveness of automation initiatives and recommend ongoing improvements.
-   Collaborate with management and staff to ensure smooth implementation of new technologies.
-   Research emerging technologies and provide recommendations on tools, platforms, and innovations that can benefit the business.
-   Support broader digital initiatives, including basic website updates, SEO improvements, and Google Ads management.
-   Create documentation, training materials, and process guides to support adoption of new systems.

## Requirements

**Must-Have Skills & Experience**

-   Strong understanding of business operations, workflows, and process improvement.
-   Experience with AI-powered productivity and automation tools.
-   Proficiency with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar.
-   Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to analyze and redesign business processes.
-   Strong problem-solving and project implementation skills.
-   Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
-   Experience managing change and supporting user adoption of new technologies.
-   High level of technology literacy and curiosity for emerging tools and trends.
-   Ability to work independently and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
