**Job Role:** Video Editor/Content & Social Media Coordinator

**Compensation range:** $1,500 AUD - $2,500 AUD / Monthly

**Engagement type:** Independent Contractor Agreement

**Work Schedule:** This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

**Who We Are:** At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

**Who The Client Is:** Our client is a brand-building company. Worked with 1,000+ product brands and made our clients over $120M in revenue. Now growing its own group of brands too, apparel, pet and lifestyle, and we need an editor to keep the content moving.

**Role Overview:** Edit short form content for two founders' personal brands (Reels, TikToks, Shorts). We're hiring a Video Editor to turn raw footage into short form content. You will work across two founders' personal brands.

**Key Responsibilities:** 

-   Editing: turn raw footage into short form content. Cut for pace and keep it engaging.
-   Sound and graphics: add captions, sound effects, music, motion graphics and text on screen.
-   Colour: grade videos so they look sharp and consistent.
-   Style: follow our style guide and match our example edits/formats.
-   Output: deliver 25 to 30 short form videos every week.
-   Revisions: make changes when asked.

## Requirements

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

**Who You Are**

You've got short form editing experience. You understand what works on social media.

-   You have a good eye for pacing and hooks.
-   You have good taste. You know what looks premium and what looks cheap.
-   You're confident using DaVinci Resolve.

**Ideal but not essential (We can teach you)**

-   Experience growing a social media account.
