## Requirements

**🚀 What You’ll Do**

As a Residential Plumbing Installer, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality installations while creating a great experience for homeowners.

-   Install, maintain, and repair **residential plumbing systems**, including water and gas lines
-   Perform system diagnostics and ensure installations meet **local codes and regulations**
-   Clearly explain options to homeowners and help them make **informed decisions**
-   Work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch and team members
-   Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
-   Participate in the **on-call rotation**
-   Maintain a clean, professional appearance and job site
-   Attend ongoing training to continue developing your skills

**🎯 What We’re Looking For**

-   **3+ years of residential plumbing experience**
-   Illinois plumbing license preferred (3rd-year apprentice considered)
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-   Excellent communication and customer service abilities
-   Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
-   Valid driver’s license with a **clean driving record**
-   Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
-   Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
-   **Military experience welcomed and encouraged**
