## Requirements

### **What We’re Looking For**

✔ **1+ year of service plumbing experience**  
✔ **Excellent customer service & communication skills**  
✔ **Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities**  
✔ **Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to succeed**  
✔ **Professionalism—neat, punctual, and courteous**  
✔ **A positive, can-do attitude**

### **What You’ll Do**

🔧 Complete in-home plumbing repairs (faucet, toilet, water heater replacements, etc.)  
💬 Build rapport with customers and provide expert recommendations  
📋 Educate customers on financing options and maintenance plans  
🚚 Keep your service truck stocked, clean, and organized  
📅 Work with our customer service & dispatch teams for smooth operations  
👨‍🏫 Train and mentor apprentices to help grow the next generation of plumbers  
📝 Maintain accurate invoices, timecards, and option sheets
