**What You’ll Do:**

-   Oversee all residential installation jobs (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical).
-   Lead, coach, and develop installation technicians and parts expeditor.
-   Ensure jobs are properly staged, equipped, and completed on time and within budget.
-   Set daily expectations with install teams; review proposals, materials, and tools before each job.
-   Maintain high standards for safety, code compliance, and customer satisfaction.
-   Monitor job progress, conduct site inspections, and complete quality control checklists.
-   Collaborate with sales and coordination teams to prepare jobs and resolve issues quickly.
-   Track labor and material costs to meet company financial goals.
-   Maintain callbacks below 4% through proactive quality control.

**Who You Are (Required Skills):**

-   Proven leadership & technical hands-on field experience in HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical installations.
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Ability to manage labor, materials, and schedules effectively.
-   Excellent communication and coaching skills.
-   A proactive, hands-on manager who can follow through before, during, and after each job.
-   Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
