### **Job Summary** 

We are looking for a high-performing Media Buyer to join a specialist, growth-stage lead generation agency based in the UK. This is a results-driven role centered on the renewable energy sector, specifically scaling solar and battery storage campaigns. You will be the engine room of our performance marketing, responsible for managing the end-to-end journey from Meta and Google ads through to optimized landing pages and CRM automations. ### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Build, launch, and scale high-performing Meta (90%) and Google Ads (10%) campaigns, focusing on Search, Display, and Performance Max.
-   Continuously monitor and refine campaigns to meet strict KPI targets, including Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Sale.
-   Design and optimize high-converting landing pages (via Perspective) to ensure maximum lead quality and conversion rates.
-   Build and manage lead nurturing workflows and integrations within GoHighLevel to ensure seamless lead delivery to clients.
-   Work alongside the Creative Lead and Account Management team to translate performance data into actionable growth strategies.
-   Prepare and communicate campaign results internally and support the account manager in client-facing updates.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 5 years of experience launching, optimizing, and scaling lead generation campaigns specifically on Facebook and Instagram.
-   Must be based in South Africa and able to work strict UK business hours (9-5 GMT).
-   Proven track record in landing page design and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
-   Strong experience integrating landing pages with CRMs and building automated lead nurturing sequences.
-   A no-nonsense approach to marketing with a deep focus on ROI and client retention.
-   Experience with Perspective landing pages, GoHighLevel, and Monday.com.
-   Previous experience running lead generation in the renewable energy or home improvement sectors.
-   Advanced knowledge of CRM snapshot management and workflow automation.
-   Ability to craft compelling ad copy that resonates with B2C and B2B audiences.
