### Job Summary

We are seeking a technically-adept Operations / Project Manager to bridge the gap between high-level AI strategy and day-to-day execution. In this role, you will oversee the deployment of "AI employees"—automated systems designed to scale businesses efficiently. This is a unique hybrid position that requires the presence of a client-facing lead and the technical logic of an entry-level AI engineer. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their AI systems are functioning at peak performance while managing the project lifecycle from onboarding to optimization.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead client onboarding sessions to gather requirements and define project scopes.
-   Set up and manage complex AI workflows and automations using platforms like GoHighLevel and n8n.
-   Perform hands-on adjustments to existing systems, including prompt engineering and logic updates.
-   Use LLM tools (OpenAI, Claude) to design prompts and build simple automation strings.
-   Serve as the primary liaison for client feedback, troubleshooting technical issues, and prioritizing bug fixes.
-   Collaborate closely with the AI Engineering team to facilitate more complex technical implementations.
-   Manage timelines and expectations to ensure projects stay on track and deliver high ROI for clients.

## Requirements

-   Background in software, automation, or AI system management.

-   Technical proficiency with tools such as GoHighLevel, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.

-   Hands-on familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude) and the principles of effective prompt design.
-   Strong project management skills with a proven ability to organize multiple workstreams.
-   Excellent English communication skills with a professional, confident, and clear speaking presence.
-   Ability to work comfortably within EST business hours.
-   A "solution-oriented" mindset with the technical literacy to discuss AI architecture with both developers and clients.
-   Previous experience in an agency environment or a high-growth startup.
-   Advanced experience with API integrations and webhooks.
-   Familiarity with CRM architecture and lead lifecycle management.
