### Job Summary

The team is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Development Representative to act as a frontline driver of growth. This is not a traditional entry-level SDR role; we are looking for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a high-intensity environment and possesses the strategic mindset to navigate complex conversations. You will be responsible for sourcing high-value opportunities, maintaining a rigorous outreach pace, and leveraging your closing expertise to ensure a seamless transition through the sales funnel.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and social channels.
-   Own the initial stages of the sales cycle, including qualification and discovery.
-   Drive meaningful conversations with senior stakeholders to identify pain points and present solutions.
-   Pivot quickly during live calls to overcome objections and secure firm commitments.
-   Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a high conversion rate from discovery to closed-won.
-   Consistently meet and exceed daily activity metrics and monthly pipeline quotas.

## Requirements

-   4+ years of professional experience in Sales Development or Inside Sales.
-   Demonstrated track record of managing high call volumes while maintaining quality.
-   Strong closing experience with the ability to move prospects through the funnel effectively.
-   Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive edge.
-   High level of resilience, self-motivation, and a "hunter" mentality.
-   Proven ability to hit and exceed performance KPIs consistently.
-   Previous experience selling within the SaaS industry.
-   Familiarity with modern CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
-   Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
