### **Job Summary**

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) fluent in both Arabic and English to support outbound sales and lead generation efforts for a growing renewable energy business. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in renewable energy, solar, clean technology, sustainability, utilities, or adjacent industries.

You will play a key role in identifying qualified prospects, booking meetings, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales pipeline across Arabic-speaking and English-speaking markets.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
-   Identify and qualify potential clients within the renewable energy and sustainability sectors.
-   Book meetings and demos for Account Executives and senior sales team members.
-   Build and manage prospect lists using CRM platforms and sales tools.
-   Maintain accurate pipeline activity, notes, and reporting within the CRM.
-   Engage with decision-makers professionally in both Arabic and English.
-   Research companies, market trends, and energy industry developments.
-   Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
-   Consistently achieve activity and meeting-setting KPIs.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
-   2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
-   Previous experience in renewable energy, solar, clean technology, utilities, energy consulting, sustainability, EV charging, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred.
-   Proven experience handling outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
-   Comfortable speaking with business decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
-   CRM experience required (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-   Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
-   Stable internet connection and professional remote work setup.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience targeting B2B clients in GCC, MENA, Europe, or international markets.
-   Familiarity with solar energy products, renewable energy solutions, or energy procurement processes.
-   Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or similar sales tools.
