### **Job Summary**

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a high-performing sales team. This is a remote sales job where you will play a critical role in generating qualified leads, building strong prospect pipelines, and supporting Account Executives in closing deals.

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging decision-makers, running multi-channel outreach campaigns, and consistently hitting pipeline generation targets.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
-   Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to create sales opportunities
-   Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
-   Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
-   Personalize outreach messaging to target ICPs and buyer personas
-   Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
-   Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns
-   Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs (calls, meetings booked, pipeline generated)
-   Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings

## Requirements

-   3–4+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales role
-   Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
-   Strong cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting skills
-   Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
-   Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
-   Strong research skills to identify high-quality prospects
-   Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B sales is highly preferred
-   Fluent in English with a neutral or professional accent
