**Job Summary**

We are looking for a tenacious, self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead the outbound lead generation efforts for a premier commercial signage and branding firm. In this role, you will be the engine at the top of the sales funnel, identifying high-value prospects and turning cold outreach into qualified opportunities. This is a purely outbound role designed for a "hunter" who thrives on building a pipeline from scratch and setting the stage for the closing team to win major contracts.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Research and identify potential commercial clients across various industries that require high-impact signage and branding solutions.
-   Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Google, and industry-specific directories.
-   Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
-   Conduct cold calling daily to qualify prospects and generate immediate interest.
-   Schedule qualified appointments and discovery calls for the closing team.
-   Manage and optimize the sales funnel to ensure a consistent flow of leads.
-   Maintain meticulous CRM records and follow up relentlessly with interested prospects.
-   Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach activity and booked meetings.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in professional cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.
-   A "self-starter" mindset with the ability to source leads and build lists independently.
-   Exceptional English communication skills with a clear, professional, and neutral accent.
-   High comfort level making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
-   Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales engagement tools.
-   Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to follow-up.
