### **Job Summary**

This is a high-impact remote sales role designed for an ambitious professional who thrives on outbound prospecting and wants to master complex, technical solutions within the industrial sector. You will own the top-of-funnel activity, booking high-quality meetings that fuel revenue growth while learning the nuances of industrial hardware and SaaS sales. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, email, and social selling.
-   Identify and engage key decision-makers within the manufacturing and industrial sectors across the UK and Europe.
-   Qualify leads through rigorous discovery to ensure a strong fit for the company’s hardware and software solutions.
-   Manage and maintain a clean pipeline within the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), ensuring meticulous documentation of all touchpoints.
-   Collaborate closely with the Senior Sales team to transition qualified opportunities and ensure a seamless customer journey.

## Requirements

-   1+ year of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or a remote SDR role.
-   Proven track record of success in cold calling and professional objection handling at scale.
-   Previous experience selling industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, or complex technical B2B solutions.
-   Excellent written and spoken English with the confidence to communicate effectively with UK-based buyers.

-   Proficiency with modern CRM tools and a disciplined approach to remote work.
