### Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in **AI SaaS sales**, outbound prospecting, and B2B lead generation who thrives in a target-driven remote environment. You’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by engaging decision-makers, booking demos, and positioning innovative AI software solutions to potential clients.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
-   Identify and qualify potential B2B clients interested in AI and SaaS solutions.
-   Book high-quality discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
-   Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers.
-   Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates within CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
-   Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
-   Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
-   Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach activity, meetings booked, and pipeline generation.
-   Stay updated on AI trends, SaaS technologies, and competitive market insights.

## Requirements

-   2+ years of experience in a **Sales Development Representative**, Business Development, or outbound sales role.
-   Previous experience selling or prospecting for **AI SaaS**, B2B SaaS, or technology solutions.
-   Strong cold calling and outbound lead generation experience.
-   Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or similar platforms.
-   Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
-   Proven ability to hit sales targets and KPIs in a remote environment.
-   Strong research, objection handling, and relationship-building skills.
-   Comfortable working with US, UK, or international clients and time zones.
-   Highly self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven.
