### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Full-Cycle Recruiter** with a strong agency recruitment background who can independently manage the end-to-end hiring process. This role requires a proactive, results-driven recruiter who excels at outbound sourcing, manages high-volume pipelines, and consistently delivers hires across multiple vacancies.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of making placements through proactive sourcing methods such as **LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Google X-Ray techniques**, rather than relying solely on inbound applicants.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.
-   Conduct high-volume outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral networks, Google X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing methods.
-   Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple open positions.
-   Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify talent through both traditional and non-traditional channels.
-   Utilise Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques to uncover hard-to-find candidates.
-   Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
-   Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines.
-   Track recruitment activity, pipeline metrics, and hiring performance to optimise results.
-   Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality standards.
-   Confidently negotiate offers and drive candidates through to successful placement.

## Requirements

-   **3+ years of agency recruitment experience (mandatory).**
-   Proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through placement.
-   Strong experience using **LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Google X-Ray sourcing techniques.**
-   Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting environments.
-   Proven ability to source candidates independently rather than relying primarily on inbound applications.
-   Experience managing multiple active vacancies simultaneously.
-   Strong candidate closing and offer management skills.
-   Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
-   Experience working with ATS, CRM systems, and recruitment technology platforms.
-   Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious hiring goals.
