### **Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly driven B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience in tech and SaaS sales environments. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth companies and have a strong background in selling complex B2B solutions to decision-makers.

As an SDR, you will play a critical role in building pipeline for a technology-driven business, focusing on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives. Success in this role requires confidence in cold outreach, understanding SaaS value propositions, and engaging senior stakeholders across industries.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) targeting B2B tech and SaaS buyers
-   Execute 80–120+ calls per day, engaging decision-makers such as founders, directors, and C-level executives
-   Identify and qualify prospects based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and SaaS-specific pain points
-   Schedule product demos and discovery calls for Account Executives
-   Clearly communicate technical and SaaS value propositions in a compelling, concise manner
-   Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
-   Continuously test and optimize outreach messaging to improve conversion rates in competitive SaaS markets
-   Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on campaigns, targeting, and pipeline strategy
-   Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including call volume, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, tech, or digital services environments
-   Proven success in high-volume outbound sales (80+ calls/day) within a B2B setting
-   Strong cold calling, objection handling, and closing-for-meeting skills in complex sales cycles
-   Experience selling or supporting SaaS products, software solutions, or technical services
-   Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
-   Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders
-   Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, lead qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, BANT)
-   Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven SaaS sales environment
