### **Job Summary**

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven experience in B2B SaaS sales to join a high-performing outbound team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging decision-makers within target companies, generating qualified leads, and booking high-value meetings for Account Executives.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach) targeting B2B SaaS buyers and decision-makers
-   Identify and qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas
-   Generate and book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
-   Personalize outreach messaging to resonate with B2B tech audiences and improve conversion rates
-   Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and pipeline strategies
-   Consistently meet or exceed KPIs including outreach volume, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution
-   Stay informed on SaaS industry trends, competitors, and evolving buyer needs

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment
-   Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
-   Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
-   Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-growth SaaS environment
-   Strong research skills with the ability to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers
-   Experience selling into US and/or UK markets is highly preferred
-   Fluent in English (spoken and written)
