### **Job Summary**

We are looking for a "hunter" who combines strategic depth with a relentless drive to build a pipeline from scratch. You will not just be closing deals; you will be a key architect of the agency’s growth, identifying new market opportunities, cultivating long-term referral partnerships, and leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to scale your impact.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Identify and research high-potential clients through multi-channel outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
-   Own the full sales lifecycle, from initial cold outreach and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
-   Lead deep-dive discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points and articulate tailored marketing solutions that drive ROI.
-   Manage and maintain a meticulous pipeline within HubSpot, ensuring accurate forecasting and high data integrity.
-   Collaborate closely with the Growth & Revenue Director to align sales strategies with the agency’s expansion goals.

-   Build and nurture a network of referral partners and complementary agencies to diversify lead sources.
-   Actively integrate AI tools into the sales workflow to enhance productivity and outreach personalization.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically within a digital marketing agency or a closely related professional services environment.
-   Proven track record of full-cycle sales ownership, with documented success in meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
-   Mastery of the discovery process, with the ability to move beyond generic pitching to value-based selling.
-   Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM (or equivalent) with a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
-   Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of commanding a room and tailoring messages to business owners.
