Our client is an early-stage music technology company building a catalog intelligence platform for rights owners. Their SaaS solution helps music companies gain better visibility, management, and clarity over their assets. As the company scales, they are looking for a proactive Project Manager to bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence to a fast-moving startup environment.

### Job Summary

We are hiring an execution-driven **Project Manager with SaaS and startup experience** to implement project management systems, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure teams consistently deliver on time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage tech environments, enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, and can confidently drive accountability across cross-functional teams.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Establish, optimize, and manage project management systems such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar tools.
-   Create a centralized source of truth for projects, workflows, timelines, and deliverables.
-   Manage daily and weekly sprint cycles to ensure priorities are clear and deadlines are met.
-   Track deliverables, follow up proactively on delays, and remove blockers across the team.
-   Conduct daily check-ins and monitor communication channels to keep projects moving.
-   Attend team meetings, document clear action items, and ensure follow-through.
-   Anticipate risks, flag bottlenecks early, and plan ahead to prevent operational disruption.
-   Report on project progress across initiatives and keep stakeholders aligned with the broader strategic plan.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role in a **SaaS or early-stage startup environment**.
-   Strong understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, and fast-paced product or technology workflows.
-   Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms.
-   Excellent organizational skills with the ability to build systems, workflows, and clear processes from scratch.
-   Strong communication skills and the confidence to hold team members accountable.
-   Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
-   Experience working with distributed or remote teams is preferred.
-   Background in music tech, catalog management, rights management, or media SaaS is a plus.
