### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven **Senior Google Ads Specialist** to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance marketing environment, understands advanced PPC strategies, and has a proven track record of driving ROI through Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.

You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to build scalable advertising systems that increase conversions, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize campaign performance.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop, launch, and manage high-budget Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max.
-   Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and campaign structuring to improve ad performance.
-   Monitor campaign KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and quality scores.
-   Optimize bidding strategies, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments for continuous improvement.
-   Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other analytics tools.
-   Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
-   Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion performance.
-   Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging.
-   Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, automation trends, and PPC best practices.
-   Support strategic growth initiatives and identify opportunities to scale paid acquisition campaigns.

## Requirements

-   4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns at an advanced level.
-   Proven success managing large monthly ad budgets with measurable ROI results.
-   Strong expertise in Google Search Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, and Performance Max campaigns.
-   Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
-   Deep understanding of keyword strategies, audience segmentation, bidding models, and attribution.
-   Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions.
-   Experience using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, or similar PPC/reporting platforms is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and project management skills.
-   Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
-   Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
