### **Job Summary**

This is a high-impact opportunity for a skilled resourcing specialist to join a specialist technology search firm. The team focuses on retained executive search within complex, high-growth markets like robotics, automation, and supply chain technology across North America and EMEA. As a Delivery Consultant, you will be the engine of the search process, identifying and engaging elite, passive talent for senior-level leadership and sales roles. ### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Execute comprehensive candidate sourcing strategies to identify passive talent within niche technology markets.
-   Conduct initial outreach and high-level screening calls to sell senior candidates on exclusive, retained opportunities.
-   Deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified profiles against weekly KPIs (CVs delivered, profiles added, and calls booked).
-   Facilitate the transition of qualified candidates to the UK-based leadership team for second-stage interviews.
-   Manage high-volume outreach across multiple channels including cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
-   Maintain accurate records of candidate engagement and progress within the search lifecycle.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in a recruitment environment, specifically in a resourcing or delivery-focused capacity.
-   Demonstrated ability to source and engage high-level candidates for complex roles.
-   Strong communication skills with the confidence to navigate conversations with senior professionals.
-   Ability to work UK business hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT) with occasional flexibility to meet international project demands.
-   A results-driven mindset with the ability to hit weekly delivery targets and KPIs.
-   Proficiency in LinkedIn Outreach, Cold Emailing, and Cold Calling.
-   High level of English proficiency.
-   Experience using Microsoft Office tools for reporting and organization.
-   Previous experience working with offshore teams or in a remote capacity.
