### **Job Summary**

We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative with proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline building. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong track record of booking qualified meetings and closing early-stage opportunities.

You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients while collaborating closely with Account Executives and leadership.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
-   Identify and qualify high-quality leads within target markets.
-   Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
-   Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate pipeline data.
-   Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage decision-makers.
-   Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and campaigns.
-   Consistently meet and exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates).
-   Provide market feedback and insights to refine sales strategies.

## Requirements

-   3–5+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative, or outbound sales role.
-   Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
-   Strong experience with cold outreach and lead generation.
-   Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
-   Experience working with international clients (US/UK markets preferred).
-   Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
-   Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital services industries is highly preferred.
