### **Job Summary**

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience in UI/UX and product design to lead the creation of user-centric digital products. This is a remote product design role where you will own the full design lifecycle—from discovery and research to high-fidelity design and iteration.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, impactful user experiences that drive engagement and business outcomes.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead end-to-end product design processes: user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
-   Define user flows, journey maps, and interaction patterns for web and mobile applications
-   Design high-fidelity interfaces that align with brand and usability best practices
-   Conduct usability testing and leverage data to inform design decisions
-   Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
-   Build, maintain, and evolve design systems and component libraries
-   Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and scalable
-   Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Interaction Design
-   Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
-   Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
-   Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices
-   Experience with design systems and scalable UI frameworks
-   Familiarity with data-driven design and experimentation (A/B testing)
-   Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
-   Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
-   Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams
