**Job Summary**

We are hiring a highly proactive and strategic **Customer Success Manager (CSM)** to manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients. This is a client-facing role focused on driving campaign performance, optimizing outbound strategies, and building long-term partnerships.

You will act as the bridge between clients and campaign execution—owning results, improving performance, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality leads.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Act as the primary point of contact for **30–40 B2B clients**
-   Build strong, long-term client relationships based on **trust, transparency, and performance**
-   Lead regular client check-ins to review results, gather feedback, and align on strategy
-   Develop a deep understanding of each client’s **business model, ICP, and lead generation goals**
-   Design and execute **outbound cold email campaigns** aligned with client objectives
-   Write compelling, high-converting **cold email copy**
-   Segment target audiences to maximize campaign relevance and performance
-   Monitor **deliverability, inboxing, and campaign health**
-   Apply best practices to minimize bounce rates and avoid spam filters
-   Analyze campaign performance and identify **optimization opportunities**
-   Continuously improve campaigns through **A/B testing and iteration**
-   Refresh messaging to prevent audience fatigue
-   Proactively identify and resolve issues before escalation
-   Drive **client satisfaction, retention, and referrals**
-   Represent the company with professionalism and commercial awareness

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in **lead generation**
-   Proven experience in **outbound sales**

-   Hands-on experience with **cold email, LinkedIn outreach, or cold calling**
-   Strong understanding of **B2B sales funnels and lead generation strategies**
-   Experience managing **multiple clients or accounts simultaneously**
-   Excellent communication and client management skills
-   Strong **analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities**
-   Comfortable working in a **fast-paced startup environment**
-   Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with **CST timezone**
