**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Reputation Architecture:** Monitor and manage public feedback on platforms like Trustpilot. Formulate strategic responses to enhance the firm's online reputation and coordinate the internal drive to maintain a 5-star rating.
-   **Influencer Marketing Operations:** Research, map out, and reach out to new influencers and content creators within the trading, crypto, and finance spaces to support marketing initiatives.
-   **Campaign Data Analytics:** Track the performance of ongoing influencer campaigns, compile regular reports, and deliver operational insights to internal teams.
-   **Executive Leadership Support:** Act as a reliable right-hand to the leadership team, assisting with administrative tasks, internal workflow auditing, and various ad-hoc operational projects.

## Requirements
