**IBMC** is hiring for our client in the international **FMCG and Food Ingredients Manufacturing industry**. Known globally for delivering innovative solutions and high-quality ingredients, the company specializes in premium components for the baking, confectionery, and food processing sectors. To accelerate their market penetration across regional commercial bakeries and food industries, they are looking for an experienced technical commercial professional.

We are seeking a high-performing **Technical Sales Senior Staff** to be based in **Surabaya**, covering the **East Java and Bali regions**. This mobile role is perfect for a sales professional who possesses solid knowledge of baked goods (bread, cakes, and pastries) and a robust B2B network in the food industry. You will be responsible for driving business growth, conducting effective client presentations, and providing technical-commercial solutions to corporate accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Market Expansion:** Execute mobile sales initiatives and commercial coverage across major food hubs in East Java and Bali.
-   **B2B Relationship Management:** Build, nurture, and leverage a strong sales network consisting of commercial bakeries, food manufacturers, and lifestyle food spaces.
-   **Product Consultative Selling:** Deliver specialized product presentations by demonstrating deep knowledge of baked products, formulation applications, and food trends.
-   **Strategic Marketing Support:** Apply fundamental marketing principles and localized strategies to align with customer needs and enhance brand presence.
-   **Negotiation & Closing:** Lead active customer service orientations, master active listening, and utilize powerful negotiation skills to close complex B2B contracts.
-   **Reporting:** Maintain clean reporting structures regarding client feedback, market movements, and pipeline health.

## Requirements

-   **Education:** Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Economics, Business Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
-   **Experience:** Minimum **5 years of experience in Marketing and Sales within the Food Industry** is highly preferred.
-   **Technical Mastery:** Solid knowledge of baked products (bread, cakes, pastries) and a strong interest in current culinary/food trends.
-   **Network Availability:** Proven, existing B2B sales network across East Java (especially Surabaya) and Bali Island.
-   **Core Competencies:** Exceptional negotiation skills, active listening, customer service orientation, and fluent communication habits.
-   **Tech & Language:** Computer literate with a good command of English (highly preferable).
-   **Mobility:** Possession of a valid **SIM A (Car License)** is a distinct value-add, along with absolute willingness to travel heavily across territories.

## Benefits

-   **Basic Salary:** Max **IDR 8,600,000** per month (Senior Staff Level).
