We are looking for a powerhouse **Fullstack Digital Marketing Manager** to lead our Growth Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee specialists across Performance Ads, CRM, and SEO, driving integrated full-funnel strategies. You are not just a manager but a growth architect who understands how to bridge the gap between paid media, organic search, and lifecycle retention to maximize ROI and lower CAC.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Team Leadership:** Mentor and manage a high-performing team of specialists (Ads, CRM, SEO), fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
-   **Full-Funnel Strategy:** Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across Meta, Google Ads, Email/CRM journeys, and SEO content frameworks.
-   **Performance Oversight:** Direct the Performance Ads team in campaign architecture, high-budget optimization, and rigorous tracking to ensure maximum ROI and efficient CAC.
-   **Lifecycle Marketing:** Guide the CRM specialist in building sophisticated customer journeys, automation workflows, and advanced segmentation.
-   **Data-Driven Reporting:** Own the digital marketing reporting process, translating complex multi-channel data into actionable growth insights for stakeholders.
-   **Budget & Media Planning:** Manage significant digital marketing budgets across all platforms, ensuring optimal allocation and performance.
-   **Creative Collaboration:** Lead the development of high-impact creative briefs, partnering with design and video teams to produce performance-first assets.

## Requirements
