As we expand our presence in the global trading landscape, we are seeking a Managing Director to take ownership of the strategic and marketing efforts and drive scalable growth.

### Tasks

-   **Growth Strategy Development:** Design and execute a comprehensive growth strategy tailored for the forex and prop trading space.
-   **Execution of Marketing Campaigns:** Independently manage and execute campaigns across paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
-   **Customer Acquisition:** Drive new trader signups through effective marketing funnels, optimizing conversion rates and lowering acquisition costs.
-   **Content & Creative Leadership:** Develop impactful marketing content for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and website enhancements.
-   **Affiliate & Partnership Management:** Build and expand strategic partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and forex industry leaders to scale growth.
-   **Performance Analysis:** Track, measure, and optimize campaigns based on data insights, ensuring KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and customer retention are met.
-   **Collaboration:** Work closely with the sales, product, and development teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
-   **Market Positioning:** Identify key trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities within the forex and prop trading industry.

## Requirements

-   **Experience in the Forex & Trading Industry:** Proven track record in marketing for international forex brokers, trading platforms, or financial services.
-   **Hands-On Execution Skills:** Ability to personally execute campaigns across multiple channels without relying heavily on agencies or large teams.
-   **Digital Marketing Expertise:** Strong background in PPC, SEO, paid social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
-   **Data-Driven Approach:** Skilled in analyzing data to make informed decisions, with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance tracking platforms.
-   **Proven Growth Success:** Demonstrated ability to scale customer acquisition channels and achieve ambitious growth targets.
-   **Copywriting & Creative Skills:** Experience writing compelling ad copy, landing pages, and marketing content tailored to forex traders.
