## Description

**IBMC** is assisting a high-growth **Ecommerce and Digital Brand** group in hiring a creative and strategic **Graphic Designer**. Our client operates in a fast-paced global market, delivering innovative products to a worldwide audience. We pride ourselves on visual storytelling that not only looks stunning but is specifically engineered to drive engagement and sales.

We are looking for a **Graphic Designer** with a strong background in the **Ecommerce industry**. You will be responsible for creating high-conversion visual assets across multiple digital touchpoints, from social media ads and email marketing to web banners and product packaging. This is a **fully remote** position for a proactive designer who understands the balance between brand aesthetics and performance-driven design.  

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Digital Asset Creation:** Design high-impact visuals for social media (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), email newsletters, and display advertising.
-   **Ecommerce Optimization:** Create web banners, landing page assets, and product infographics that enhance the user journey and increase conversion rates.
-   **Brand Consistency:** Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
-   **Campaign Support:** Collaborate with the Marketing and Performance teams to develop creative concepts for seasonal launches and global sales events (e.g., Black Friday).
-   **Creative Iteration:** Analyze the performance of your designs and iterate based on data and feedback to maximize ROAS.
-   **Photo/Video Collaboration:** Basic retouching of product photography and creating motion graphics or short-form video assets for ads.

## Requirements

-   **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of professional experience in Graphic Design, with a strong preference for candidates from an **Ecommerce or Digital Agency** background.
-   **Portfolio:** A portfolio showcasing performance-based design (ads, landing pages, email marketing) is **mandatory**.
-   **Software Mastery:** Expert proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator) and **Canva/Figma**. Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a significant plus.
-   **Ecommerce Knowledge:** Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, typography, and visual hierarchy tailored for online consumers.
-   **Language:** Excellent **English** communication skills (written and verbal) are required for collaborating with an international team.
-   **Efficiency:** Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
-   **Environment:** Fully comfortable working in a **100% remote** setup.
