**IBMC** is assisting a global Digital Marketing Agency in expanding its international footprint. Our client specializes in high-impact growth strategies, brand positioning, and performance marketing for a worldwide audience. We are looking for a proactive sales professional who understands the agency landscape and thrives on driving high-value conversions.

As a **Sales Representative**, you will be the bridge between our agency’s creative solutions and global brands looking for growth. You will identify and nurture relationships with businesses across various time zones, acting as a consultative partner who can translate marketing services into business ROI.  
  
**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Global Outreach:** Execute multi-channel outreach strategies via Email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to engage with potential clients and global brands.
-   **Lead Qualification:** Initiate rapport-building conversations and conduct discovery calls to qualify leads for the agency’s service pipeline.
-   **Meeting Generation:** Consistently achieve monthly targets for booking qualified sales meetings and project consultations for the Creative & Strategy teams.
-   **Pipeline Management:** Meticulously track all lead activities, follow-ups, and status updates using CRM tools (HubSpot/Pipedrive).
-   **Consultative Selling:** Present marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Branding) in a clear, persuasive manner tailored to the specific growth needs of the client.
-   **Objection Handling:** Confidently navigate commercial objections and competitive comparisons to move deals forward through the funnel.
-   **Market Insights:** Provide regular performance feedback and market trends to the leadership team to optimize outreach scripts and service offerings.

## Requirements

-   **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of proven experience in **B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management** (Strictly no fresh graduates).
-   **Agency DNA:** Previous experience working within a **Marketing Agency** or selling **Digital Services** is highly preferred.
-   **Global Outreach:** Proven track record in reaching out to and winning clients **outside of Indonesia** (Global/International market).
-   **Global Mindset:** Comfortable and capable of working across multiple time zones (EU, APAC, or US) to meet global client availability.
-   **Language Proficiency:** Exceptional **English** communication skills (both written and verbal) for interacting with international stakeholders and decision-makers.
-   **CRM Mastery:** Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
-   **Sales DNA:** Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a hunger for identifying new business opportunities.
-   **Professionalism:** Ability to maintain a high level of responsiveness and a professional "brand voice" in all client communications.
