### Tasks

-   Oversee operations across multiple business units, ensuring efficiency and smooth execution.
-   Hire and onboard top-tier talent for MS Capital Group.
-   Build and improve workflows, processes, and operational strategies for business growth.
-   Manage key business initiatives, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met.
-   Act as a strategic partner to leadership, helping to drive decisions and business execution.
-   Develop and manage investor relations – prepare reports, pitch decks, and financial insights.
-   Optimize business efficiency by identifying areas for improvement in operations and cost management.
-   Lead cross-functional teams to ensure business goals are met effectively.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic consulting.

-   Strong ability to analyze and improve business processes.
-   Experience in hiring, people management, and investor relations.
-   Background in high-growth startups, investment firms, or consulting is preferred.
-   Proficiency in project management tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.).
-   Fluent in English; excellent writing & presentation skills.
