## Description

We are looking for a **highly proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist** who can manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple international clients.

This is a **fast-paced, client-facing role** where you are expected to take ownership, move quickly, and deliver results, not wait for instructions.

You will handle the **entire recruitment pipeline**, from job intake to placement, while ensuring candidate quality and client satisfaction.

You will also act as **operational backup support**, ensuring recruitment delivery continues without disruption at all times.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage **end-to-end recruitment** (client briefing → sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer stage)
-   Deliver **qualified candidates within SLA (24–72 hours)** depending on role complexity
-   Communicate directly with clients in **professional English** (updates, alignment, feedback handling)
-   Build and maintain **active talent pipelines** (not reactive sourcing)
-   Handle **multiple open roles (5–10+ simultaneously)** across different clients
-   Ensure **candidate quality, relevance, and readiness**

### **Performance Expectations (KPIs)**

-   First batch of candidates submitted within **24–48 hours**
-   Minimum **2–3 qualified candidates per role**
-   **Shortlist-to-interview ratio ≥ 75% relevance**
-   Response time (internal & client): **< 12 hours**
-   Candidate drop-off rate: **minimized through proper screening & communication**

### **Requirements**

-   Proven experience handling **end-to-end recruitment**
-   Strong **English communication (written & verbal)** with client-facing level
-   Background in **recruitment agency / headhunting / outsourcing**
-   Ability to work in a **fast-paced, target-driven environment**
-   Experience handling **multiple roles simultaneously (min. 5–10 roles)**
-   Strong judgment in **candidate quality vs. quantity**

### **Preferred Background**

-   Experience working with **international clients**
-   Exposure to roles in **creative, marketing, tech, or hospitality industries**
-   Familiar with platforms such as **LinkedIn, job portals, ATS systems**
