## Description

ICAP EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS, on behalf of a leading electricity provider, is looking for a **Sales Consultant** to join the store team in the area of **Peristeri, Attica.**  
  
**Key responsibilities include:**

-   Takes care of the immediate service, management, and resolution of customer issues with the aim of maximizing the quality of their service.
-   Performs immediate and substantial customer information within the store regarding Natural Gas & Electricity products.
-   Enters data into the information system, records and issues supply contracts, and contract terminations for Natural Gas and Electricity supply.
-   Forwards customer requests to the responsible management of the gas or/and electricity distribution network.
-   Processes settlement requests, manages standing orders, and issues Natural Gas & Electricity bills.
-   Sends customers informational letters about various Customer Service Department operations and manages telephone customer service.
-   Participates in the company’s promotional activities, performs bill payments via P.O.S., and promotes retail products and other energy services.

## Requirements

-   1-2 years of professional experience in a similar position.
-   High school graduate.
-   A university degree will be considered an additional qualification.
-   Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet).
-   Knowledge of CRM systems is desirable.
-   Knowledge of the English language will be positively appreciated.
