## Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic **Assistant Director – Digital Marketing** to lead and oversee the organization's digital marketing function across **Paid, Organic, Email, and Affiliate Marketing channels**.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall digital marketing strategy, leading channel performance, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth, and ensuring that all digital marketing activities are aligned with the company's business objectives.

The Assistant Director will provide **strategic direction and leadership to individuals for marketing channels**, ensuring effective execution, performance optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and achievement of defined KPIs.

The role will work closely with the **senior leadership** to provide data-driven insights, marketing performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations for business growth.

## Requirements

-   Lead the overall digital marketing strategy across **Paid, Organic, Affiliate, and Email Marketing**.
-   Work closely with the **President** to analyze digital marketing data, performance, and business results.
-   Set and monitor **KPIs, targets, budgets, ROI, ROAS, CAC, leads, conversions, and revenue**.
-   Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance improvement.
-   Drive **SEO, paid advertising, email/CRM, affiliate marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition**.
-   Prepare **weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports** for the President.
-   Identify market trends, customer insights, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
-   Lead **A/B testing, conversion optimization, automation, AI tools, and digital innovation**.
-   Ensure effective budget allocation and maximize marketing ROI.
-   Develop and coach the digital marketing team, ensuring strong performance and accountability.
-   Collaborate with other departments to align digital marketing with overall business objectives
